Thank you for your interest in Seaspring (also referred to hereafter as “Seaspring W.L.L.” or “Company”) and for visiting our Website (also referred to hereafter as “Site”).

By using this Website, “you” (also referred to hereafter as “User” or “Users”) hereby confirm your acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions (also referred to hereafter as “Terms”) that govern the use of this Site along with the Terms set out within our Privacy Statement, both of which govern Seaspring’s relationship with you as the User of this Site.

Seaspring may modify the below mentioned Terms as well as the Terms of our Privacy Statement from time to time as required, and without any prior notice.  Any such modifications will be reflected on the Website and will come into immediate effect.

Therefore, by accessing or using this Website, Users hereby give their full consent, and further accept and agree to be bound and abide by the below Terms, as well as the Terms set out in our Privacy Statement.

In addition, Seaspring reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without any obligation and without any prior notice, to change, modify or delete any or all such information, materials and descriptions on this Site, and to further suspend or deny access to it.

While Seaspring will undertake reasonable responsible measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the contents of this Site, excluding warranties or representations, the Company expressly excludes any liability for any or all such errors or omissions to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Users of this Site therefore understand and acknowledge that the information and contents published on this Site may contain errors or omissions and automatically release Seaspring from any and all resulting liabilities.

Accordingly, Users’ failure to comply with any or all such laws, rules, regulations and/or Terms may result in the termination of Users’ access to and/or use of the Site, or any part thereof.

This Site and all its contents are the sole property and copyright of Seaspring, unless clearly stated otherwise (please see following point).  Reproduction of any part of, or all of the contents of the Site in any form is therefore prohibited with the exception of the following instance,

Where the User may download or print extracts from the Site’s pages for his/her personal informational use only, provided the User duly acknowledges and credits Seaspring and/or its Site as the source of such material. This however does not permit the User to forward, recopy or incorporate the material, or any part of it, in any other work or publication, whether in hard copy, electronic or any other form without Seaspring’s express prior written consent.  In particular, and without limitation, no part of this Site may be distributed or copied for any commercial purposes.

Furthermore, no part of this Site may be reproduced, transmitted to, or stored in any other website or on any other form of electronic retrieval system.

Seaspring’s name, logo and brandmark, both on the Site and otherwise, are a trademark of the Company.  Accordingly, the names “Seaspring W.L.L.”, “Seaspring”, and its logo and brandmark/brand motif, and all its related elements including, but not limited to, brand corporate colours used on this Site or otherwise are trademarks of the Company and may not be used or displayed by anyone without the prior and explicit written consent of the Company.  All other trademarks, service marks, company names and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and their use shall not be construed as an endorsement of any kind by Seaspring, unless clearly stated otherwise.

ix. Governing Law

The Terms of Use outlined in this section as above, as well as the Terms set out in the Privacy Statement published on this Site, are governed by the relevant laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.  Accordingly, any dispute arising from this Site shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
